in regards to my previous question on how long it takes to recive kc reg papers, how would i get in contact with a kennel club to find out if my puppy has been kc registered as i dont no where she would ov been registered. im still awaiting her papers from the women who sold her to me been 4 weeks now.

You don't know what registry the breeder used? This is info you should have received before you bought the puppy.

When buying a puppy the breeder should always give you registered names & numbers of parents, date of birth of pup, a 3-4 generation pedigree (even if buying pet only).This should all be in writing and signed by the breeder. If papers aren't available at time of purchase the breeder MUST give you the above info in writing along with the latest possible date in which to expect the papers to be mailed along with name, address & phone number of registry. If the registry is not one of the legit ones such as AKC, UKC< CKC (Canadian Kennel Club) then there is no need to worry about or bother with "papers" since they won't be worth the paper they are printed on.

I'm afraid you have been scammed. I would report this breeder to the consumer affairs department in your state.
