I am about 12 wks pregnant and my job is very stressful especially at this time of year and with some situations going on now. My family has told me I need to talk to my doc about it and how it is affecting my pregnancy. I am stressed to the point my stomach is in knots and cramping alot and I throw up not from nausea but from being so stressed. I was wondering if anyone else has went through something like this and what you did. I'm not sure what to do and I just can't quit working either right now. Any suggestions would greatly be appreciated.

well , it is early in your pregnancy. but, if you are experiencing difficulties then talk to your Dr. you need to care for yourself & your unborn child first. if you could go on what they call, " light duty" try that. have the Dr. suggest this (write a note) to your employer. that way they will not be totally losing an employee for another few months.
I used to work at Disney World and they had to do this for me,because of my health issues, but I was 7 mo. pregnant.
it certainly will be worth a try ..... for you & the baby.

If you can't quit your job, you must need the $$$, so I would find ways to deal with the stress such as yoga for pregnancy or some form of meditation. You can take the family leave but you do not get paid.

Good luck.

If thats the case i would look for a different job and not tell them your pg yet because they couldn't tell. I worked until i was 7 months pg and the doc took me off work and i had disability insurance that paid me while i was off. After my son was born i didn't want to go back to the job and so now i do daycare from my home and make more money than i did working my a** off working
