my hands and nose are always cold even when it isn't cold outside, is this normal?

IT COULD BE YOUR JUST NATURALLY LIKE THAT ..ALSO YOU MAY HAVE LOW BLOOD PRESSURE ..ALSO YOU COULD HAVE POOR BLOOD CIRCULATION!!!

well i suffer from that too...n i do have blood problems..lack of Iron n Vitamin B complex....i dunu wuts the cure for that but im always takin shots of B complex n heey babes..NEVER take an iron shot cuz its too painful hehe n u'll get bruises on yer *** haha..well kiddin u just go n test ur blood...n ask the doc if havin cold hands is related to weak blood.....g'luck

You might have poor circulation. Try an iron supplement.

sometimes hands getting cold can be symtoms of frighting disease,but usualy its natural

if you are anemic it is harder for your blood to flow to your extendies (fingers,nose,toes) you might want to see your doc. and see if there is any iron supplement you can take or what you can do.

Yeah, anemia. I have it and I get the same thing.
