Do you feel better now?
I have 3 kids, all older now, but I know exactly what you're going through. Even their Father would ask " where's their shoes?" etc.
You do all planning, shopping, I Hated the Holidays, and just about anything else that nobody wanted to do.
And what they did do still involved asking for your help.
If you can, take a drive by yourself. My sis had 3 kids also, we went away for a weekend every year, alone. No kids, No Husband, No Job. And we would sit in a hotel room eating, drinking, watching TV, and reading every tabloid we could find.
Is something like that possible for you?

Hon' that is my life story! You need to go do something for yourself or go somewhere by yourself. Dont take a cell phone. If have kids, get a sitter you can trust to take care of any problem they might have while you are gone. The situation is called my cup is empty and everyone still wants a ******drink. lol! You need a chilled, relaxing, fun, be a kid vacation. Even if it is only overnight, let loose chicka! You deserve it. That should fill your cup back up and give you enough to start handin' out drinks again. Try only allowing sips though. Saves your sanity, dont let others cross boundaries and take advantage of you because your sanity is important too. Hugs

i know all to well what you are going threw. i too listen to every ones problems and try to help. but when i need someone to talk to it seems they are not around, or when you do talk to them they either laugh it off or say nothing at all. and then here we are posting our questions on here, to a bunch of strangers. i have gone as far as shutting off my phone , not opening the door when someone knocks. it shouldn't have to be this way. so i think that from now on the people that want to tell me their problems all the time im just going to come out and tell them that i don't want to hear it. i guess that's all we can do. or get new friends. lol then we can listen to theirs.lol

I've been there, where people wanted me to listen to their problems but when it came for me to have them listen to my problems they weren't really listening and cared. What do you really want? Sounds like you need someone whose gone to actually listen to you like I do. Don't always help people with their problems, let them figure them out in less you really want to. But what about your problems?
