I love tea and like to explore different types from various regions of the world. Please let me know your favorite brand and flavor so I can sample some new teas. My favorite tea (at the moment) is made by Guayaki and the flavor is "Mate Chocolatte."

Pau D'Arco

This is a South American tree bark and has a nice woodsy flavor when brewed. With a touch of honey it is awesome.

It is also for boosting your immune system

I don't care for herbal or flavoured teas at all. I generally enjoy a full bodied cup of English Breakfast Tea--such as Royal Breakfast from The East India Tea Company. I usually put a few grains of sugar in it and a small dash of milk.

Last year tho, I stumbled upon a new tea to me---White Tea. It is an absolute delight! I sip it, as I would a good wine--without any additions such as sugar or lemon or milk. It is best brewed with water that is just under the boiling point---180 degrees F is optimal.

It is called 'white' because the most tender white downy tea buds are harvested only two days of each year. The kind I bought is called Silver Needle, also known as Yin Zhen.

It was reserved for the Chinese imperial family until just a few decades ago when it became available to the general public. One of the rarest teas in the world. Highest in antioxidants, studies show white tea aids in detoxifying the body, Excellent for skin/complexion reducing fine lines and wrinkles.

Oranges & Almonds by Bigelow. It has great flavour and its a bit tangy but sweet and doesn't have a strong taste.
But if you're into sweet teas Mango & Rose hibs are the best.
If you like the strong type English breafast tea is best.

I'm fortunate enough to have a Tea Shoppe near me. I love their custom blend English Breakfast. It fairly mild but flavorful.
I also like and Apple/Cinnamon/Nutmeg combo they do for the holidays.
Most pre-packaged teas I have tried don't impress me. They seem stale or lack flavor.
If you have the opportunity, try a tea shop and you'll really notice the difference.

I'm not a huge floavired tea drinker, flavoured coffee yes, tea no. Having said this I have to say my favourite is the standard orange pekoe. Earl Grey is my next choice and then, blueberry. Hot blueberry tea is delicious.

Chamomile (any brand)- Besides the great taste, it somewhat nostalgic to me. My mom used to make it for me every day when I came home from kindergarten while I watched Barney, lol.

I also like Honest Tea's Peach Oo-la-long and also Black Forest Berry. They're not too sweet, which is how I like my tea. De-li-ci-ous!
