ok im 13 and my mom and dad told me that i cant get a my lip peiced....i want it soooooo bad i think its really cool. i want it done like in the middle of my lip or maybe off to the side. she said that i will get a scar and jobs wont accept me but i could just grow facial hair.. But ya i like need some advice o and my freinds didnt help...they told me to do it myself.. lol

You tell your mom you choose to get your lip pierced so badly which you're prepared to attend till you're 18, moved out of your mom's living house and characteristic your very own money to pay for it. i will assure that she make it easier to do it below those circumstances.

I'm sorry, but I have to agree with your mom and dad on this one. Piercings like that are so unatracctive, so my advise to you is don't do it. You'll very likely regret it later on.
