i claim 0 on my tax forms and want to know the tax percentage that is taken out of my normal hours and what the tax rate is for overtime hours..

The tax rate is the same whether the hours are regular hours or overtime hours. The rate depends on your total income for the pay period, so not enough information to give you a number.
