There are really helpful people at the United States Secret Service. They're part of the US Treasury Department, so they know all about money & credit cards. Check the blue pages under "US Government - Secret Service." Give 'em a call, and they'll be glad to explain how to use that information.

you can scramble them around and try to make a different number sequence out of them, but that's' about it.
I can give you the last 4numbers to my credit card and the expiration date and since that's all you have you won't be able to do anything with them.

If that is all the information you have, you must be trying to pull off credit card fraud. And the credit cards companies won't let you get away with it.

You can't if its not your card.
You need the name on the account as well as the number off the back to be able to use it.
A gas station receipt won't get you very far. :(

The reason that is printed on receipts is because without more information, you can't do anything with them.

its useless. That is why only that information is now used to let you know which card you used.
