I'm not asknig just as a "quick fix" to weight loss, but I am curious because I eat healthy and and I don't over eat and am fairly active, I've been walking at least 2 miles a day, plus doing some push ups and other cardio activity. yet it still seems as though I can't lose weight. Any advice?

Eat regularly at intervals of about 4 hours. If you make an unusual break, metabolism becomes slower.

Some plants help to eliminate toxic metabolites and increase rate of metabolism in this way, e.g. greater burdock (Arctium lappa), leaves of dandelion.
