if you know someone well enough, youll probably notice everone has their little quirks. does a family history of insanity make a person more likely to be insane themselves? i know plenty of odd people.

Insanity is not used in medical terms. As you say, all of us have some oddities.
It is difficult to answer because are several entities that may produce "insanity" depending on which, the symptoms and SIGNS vary

insanity or insane doesn't really describe mental illness the symptoms for depression or obsessive compulsive disorder are very different. if it runs in your family you are more likely to develop an illness however this is not always the case and differs from person to person.

INSANITY IS A WHOLE DIFFERENT BEHAVIOR.
IT CAN RUN IN FAMILIES -
PARANOIA IS A SIGN
SO IS HEARING VOICES
GOD, THERE ARE SO MANY THINGS.
