A lot of children get a tummy pain when they are worried or anxious about something. To us it would be nothing but to a four year old it's important. Try to talk and reassure your child.
Has your child got a new routine e.g. nursery school, child minder
new partner/husband/wife, new baby. Lots of things can upset a child. Lots of love, lots of cuddles and sharing time may help. Good Luck.

if your having clots of blood it could be a miscarriage, though if it gets really bad it could be down to thyroid trouble or it could be you have a cyst on your left overies or it could just be bad period pains. it could be alot of things but they are the main suspects. go to the doctor and he will run some tests. i have just come off the pill and my period this time is heavy and i do have a lot of pain, maybe were in the same situation if u have just come off it! i use a weat bag for my pain it eases mine alot. if you dont know what that is ask your chemist. u put in the the microwave it has natural things inside and soothes pain.

Best thing to do is take him to A&E. You can't be too careful when it comes to children.
