yes ive been in you situation. took me a long time to tell someone that i loved them for fear of getting hurt again.

i did learn that i have to let go of the past and learn to trust again. i did and im happy that i did take the chance again.

you cant live your life running away from people you could miss out on the love of your love by doing so. take the chance, it will make you a stronger person.

Well, I was the opposite. I threw around the "L" word way too much and didn't think about it before I said it. I ended up feeling like a fool after it was over, because I was so loose with my words and feelings. I think it is good that you are scared. But don't get worked up over it. I would think about it before you say anything. But just be yourself and all the other cliches people say:) lol Ha ha jk.
God Bless and Be Safe:)

Girl, I think everyone has felt this way! But I really do think taking the chance is better than not taking it despite the heartbreak at the end. Who knows, you two may get married and have a future together and the fact that he/she loves you makes it that more easier.

Yeah that happened to me once and when I finally told the guy I ended up getting led on by him for a long time. I realized he wasn't worth it though and got over him and now I have a wonderful, loving bf whom I love very much.

Yes, I have been in that situation with my current boyfriend. My ex cheated on me after I poured my heart out to him about how I felt and how I didn't want to get hurt and he hurt me anyway. I explained this to my boyfriend and he explained to me that he is not my ex and I can't treat him the same. All I can tell you is to get to know him more if you're not sure and if he truly loves you, he will understand your situation. He will know that you love him and he'll wait for you to tell him.

yes, it's hard. but if you don't like this person you have to do it sooner or later. they will be hurt but will get over it eventually.
