Depends on how much you love him, becoase in your mind you might love him but in your heart you may have lust or a burning desire for him. You could tell him and that is only if you really want to be with him, and that you think your relationship would b better with him instead of thinkin about being with him. Write it down or email him, or do it in some type of subliminal way and he will get the point, because if he really liked you he would be with you instead of him current gurlfriend...

you don't want to do that. the right time to tell him that you care for him is when he doesn't have a girlfriend. if you tell him, you run the risk of hurting your friendship.
