Subscribe to magazines in English and just read through them. Pretty soon the grammar will come naturally. TV is a bad source for good grammar though.

A decade ago to learn English, you had to attend costly English classes or purchase course material like tapes and books. Now you can learn English for free from the comfort of your home using the Internet. The BBC and the British Council offer a number of on line courses, which teach written and spoken English. You can also improve your English by watching television programs and reading English newspapers. For more information, visit http://tinyurl.com/qnzpt

If you are in school hun, you should ask your teacher for some extra help after class or after school. You could also see if another student who is proficient in English can tutor you some or have your parents hire you an English tutor. It takes a lot of practice so don't get discouraged. Get some beginning type readers also. Reading aloud is a good way to help too. Start out simple so you don't get too overwhelmed.
