the last time I breastfed was 2 yrs ago, and I had a baby 7 months ago. It feels like a squishy ball full of water instead of muscle.

Breast changes following pregnancy and breastfeeding are common.

If you are feeling some anxiety and think that something just isn't right, by all means make an appointment with your doctor.

Did you not breastfeed at all?
Or did you nurse for a while and then wean?
Pregnancy does cause changes in your breasts and I wouldn't expect them to be exactly the same as before you got PG.
"Having milk in them" probably wouldn't make any difference reguarding their size. They aren't bottles that hold milk until you need it, but a factory that produces milk on demand.

when did you last breast feed? did you wean the baby over time? I think it could take a week or so to dry up once baby is weaned, but i am not sure. If you massage or manipulate the breasts, does any milk come out? if not, then you are stuck w/bigger mammaries.
