More power to folks who've used toothpaste! I don't recommend it for anyone. Somebody told me to use toothpaste on a pimple "and it'll be gone the next day" and instead it morphed into a ugly sore. It was awful.

For the last 20 years I've used plain honey with great results. Honey is a natural anti-biotic that is wonderful for healing cuts, scrapes, pimples.

Toothpaste, the white type, not the gel, can be put on the face at night, after cleaning your face, to get rid of a pimple. The toothpaste dries up the pimple, and makes it go away quickly. Just be careful, because sometimes using toothpaste on a pimple can leave a scar or irritate your skin.

It can, but it needs to be the "old fashioned" paste kind. A gel formula won't work. Another thing you can do is to make a solution of salt water and use it like you would an astringent every 1/2 hour or so on the pimple. This will also help to dry it out without making your skin peel like a pimple product may do.

Yes, but only the white paste stuff and be careful not to get it anywhere but the pimple because it's very drying.

no..please dont do that...you could make it much worse. just continue whatever skincare regime you are on. if a pimple is particularly red, you can place a wet chamomille tea bag on it for a few minutes to reduce the redness

it works for some ppl, but its bad if you have sensitive skin. id stick to an astringent and visine to "get the red out". haha n dont mess with it, the oil from yr hands will make it worse.
