Recently saw this advertisement advertising organic juice to help in weight loss...it isn't cheap, so I want to make sure if it does help and not waste my money as I am a student...thanks!

hmm.. Yes, I guess it will help you to lose weight if THAT IS THE ONLY THING YOU DRINK...

But you are likely to feel tired and lethargic. If you are a student and have a small budget, you might want to find out and try other methods to lose weight.

All juices, including organic are loaded with sugar. Will drinking lots of sugar help you lose weight? NO!

Nothing that you eat or drink will really help you loose weight. Even the so-called "free" foods, unless prescribed by a doctor.

It is what you do and what you don't eat that will let you loose weight.
