i own a repair shop, and that's kind of high mileage ,but its probably OK on it,all the miles on it probably road lies instead of city miles, but for a 02 model that's pretty high,i have a 95 model truck that only had 95 thousand on it,so you see the difference, but id say ts ok,if your buying it don't pay top dollar for it,other than that it should be fine, good luck i hope this help,s.

70,000 miles is nothing for a Honda or Toyota. If you try to find a car with less mileage, the price will be significantly higher. A lower mileage car would probably be a lease return vehicle. Those are often advertised as 'Honda Certified', or something to that effect, letting them increase the price significantly. If the car you're looking at has a clean Carfax report, the paint all looks the same color (walk around it in daylight and look for spots where the paint is slightly not matching), and there is no rust (likely not a problem), and you like how it drives, go for it. Good luck.

Actually that is a very low mileage car.....89 K is only around 53, 000 miles....that car and engine has been known to go well over 300,000 K The body will be the biggest concern ..but with care it will last as long as you want...Remember regular maintenance...oil changes and lubrication is very important...My Daughter owns a 1999 Honda with over 280,000km...and it is a very dependable car

N o not for a Honda. I have a 2000 accord with 142000 and it runs great. Just make sure you replace the timing belt at 80000
