Wear extra layers of clothing. Scarves, hats, three pairs of sock, etc.

Calbre: the only way that yourself can stay warm during winter
make sure the house is fully weather proofed inside reduce
heat about 75% and keep it there every day! I do reccomend this
be effencent and save energy during winter months

*Where socks to bed.
*Use layers of clothing and blankets. Layers tend to keep you warmer.
*Stay active.
*Wear a hat. The body loses a lot of heat through the head.
*Drink hot liquids. (cocoa, coffee, tea)
*Add foam insulators behind the electrical outlets in your home. Believe it or not, the house loses heat through them. Seal up any drafts from windows and doors.
*Sleep next to someone. You can share the body heat.
These methods are also money saving. You don't have to raise the thermostat.

First of all turn the heat on then if thats not enough get a blanket and cuddle up in it if that doesnt work grab a guy and wrap up in him I"m kidding about the last one.LOL
