not necessarily bad, but it can build up in your hair and weigh it down...you may want to switch brands occasionaly, and try one of the neutrogena products, mad to remove the build up.

I don't wash my hair everyday, just every other day. Conditioner can form a build-up on your hair just like hairspray and other hair-care products. Once a month I mix a cup of vinegar in a pitcher of warm water. I shampoo like usual, then dump the vinegar mixture on my hair. I let that set a few minutes and then rinse it and condition like usual. My hair is always so shiny and clean and soft afterwards. Using white vinegar tends to lighten your hair and using red vinegar tends to bring out red highlights...but these effects are very subtle. Don't worry about the smell of vinegar either, although you could do it on the weekend or something. The conditioner usually covers it, and make sure you rinse it all out.

It won't hurt your hair, but you may get a build up. I find that using your conditioner like a creme rinse is a better bet if you're washing your hair every day. Just put it in then rinse it out, don't let it sit on your hair. This helps detangle your hair. If you do get a build up, rinse your hair with a solution of baking soda and water, this will help remove the build up.

it isn't the best thing for your hair. you should use conditioner every other day if your hair is normal. too much conditioner makes hair flat and kinda oily. i use conditioner on Sundays and Thursdays so my hair is still healthy and full. no conditioner at all is bad though. try pantene, it's what i use.

Nope, unless you vigorously rub it in, then that may damage it.
I would suggest looking at your conditioner bottle for further instructions, some aren't intended for daily use.

No. If you wash your hair everyday, please you conditioner. It helps restore the natural oils you take out when you shampoo.
