there's this guy (a student) in school i don't know. whenever i walk the corridor i usually see him looking at me. i don't smile to him coz i dont do it to strangers especially guys (but i don't snob him either). i feel awkward everytime he does it. don't understand him. he doesn't smile, just seriously looking at me. i am beginning to worry. don't remember i did something wrong to him.

i seriously don't think that you have done anything wrong to him before otherwise he would has 'confronted' you !
he might be too shy to smile at you, so why not you take the initiative to offer your smile, that's how relationship could be build upon once the ice is broken ! if he doesn't return your smile then just forget about him n never look at him in the future ! nothing to worry !

He is probably thinking the exact same thing as you!!...'there's this girl who looks at me, she doesn't smile....etc'
Try smiling at him in a polite kind of way, that should break the ice and see what happens...could be good.
