Its like a slang term used for 'beneficial' on some websites. Whats the grammatically correct way to pronounce this? Thanks.

It's slang so there's no set way, but seen as it's an abbreviation of "beneficial" I'd say it would be "Benny" or "Bennies" for plural. Hope this helps!
