If Excessive sweating is your problem you'll find here vert good tips: http://hyperhidrosis.toptips.org

About 2% to 3% of the general population experience excessive sweating a condition called hyperhidrosis which can occur with or without a trigger. The most common type is called primary (or focal) hyperhidrosis and it has no known cause, although it seems to run in families. You may have a different type of excessive sweating called secondary (or generalized) hyperhidrosis.
This means that your symptoms may be due to an underlying medical condition or disease (e.g., nerve damage or a hormone disorder), or due to a side effect of a medication you are taking. Talk to your doctor.
Bye Bye

Well, if the boots are new it might get better after they've worn in a bit. Try putting some baby powder on your feet before you put the boots on. Or Dr. Scholl's makes powders and other products too. Then at the end of the day, soak them in hot water and ebsom salts, or rub them down with rubbing alchohol (although that can dry them out).

Cotton socks for your feet. Sprinkle a lot of talcum powder into your boots in the morning and top up throughout the day. It keeps your feet dry. Change socks everyday.
Soak your feet in lemongrass (BodyShop sells some feet deodorant and peppermint foot soak) and warm water at the end of the day.
Air your boots and put them out in the sun during the weekend. Sunlight kills germs and deodorises. Or have another pair and air them constantly, wear each pair alternately.

Try wearing thicker, WHITE, cotton, sweat absorbing socks. When you get home be sure to air out your feet and your boots. I would also reccommend using Medicated Gold Bond Powder on your feet and also inside your boots. It's in a dark yellow container. My husband had the same problem and this worked great for him.

Dont use soap on your feet to wash them, my uncle passed this information on to me, as thats what they tell them to do in the army, and it works. Change your shoes every couple of days (i.e dont wear the same shoes all week), change your socks often, dont wear plastic shoes/trainers, keep them ventilated when you can, after washing, try to use some anti-bacterial talcum-powder specially designed for feet, or try regular talc.

Wash in the morning and then with cotton wool rub the soles of your feet with methylated spirits. If you can do it at lunch time then it is better and after your bath before you go to bed do it again. What it does is it seals your feet
