Or do they understand it's a sex thing not a race thing? What if it's mostly a sex thing but there is a racial undertone to it that kind of turns me on? Would that make it wrong?

How dare you do that.

I think it's in poor taste you're interested in her only because she's black. I mean, if it turns you on because of the racial history of domination, that's something I would want to know. If that's the case let her know so she can decide if that's the type of relationship she's interested in. Ditto the bondage and domination desires you have. If she's not already into that, then its something to talk about.

What if she's not into submission! I met a guy like that, and some lines were definitely crossed that I couldn't handle. If he'd just told me, we could have both saved some time and looked elsewhere for what we wanted.

If you have to ask you know it is not appropriate. It might have not been wrong about the sex thing but it is kind of sick that you are turned on to the racial undertone.

Oh, so now slave is a bad word? The United States of the easily offended. Were black people the only ones ever used as slaves?

Slavery is the social or de-facto status of specific persons, usually captives or prisoners (or their descendants), who are considered as property or chattel, for the purpose of providing labor and services for the owner or state without the right of the slave to refuse, leave or gain compensation beyond room and board and clothing. Most slaves, historically, were born into that status as at least one of their parents was a slave.

Forms of slavery have occurred in nearly all societies in nearly all periods.

I'm not so sure about that. But I know that it is kinda in poor taste to tell a black woman that you are dating that. Try to tell her that it turns you on.

Of course it is in poor taste. Try to find an other word, mistress or something.

Tell her you want her to be your love slave and not just slave. And if your dating her get to know her better and you wont have to ask strangers how to handle your intimacies with your lover.
