I know how to find recipes online, so dont post me links to recipe web pages. I've already looked at those pages, and will resort to choosing one to use. But they all look very similar, so I dont know which is the best?

I'd like a recipe from someone who has made them and knows the recipe is a good one!

Thanks to all who answer!

Yummy Cheese Sticks

1 lb Whole mozzarella cheese
3 x Eggs, beaten
1/2 cup Flour
1 cup Bread crumbs
1/4 cup Parsley, chopped
4 cup Vegetable oil, for frying
Marinara sauce, to serve
Cut mozzarella cheese into 3-inch sticks about 1/2 inch thick. Combine bread crumbs and chopped parsley in a small bowl and set up beaten eggs in another. Place four on a plate. First thoroughly dust cheese sticks in flour, shaking off any excess. Dip in beaten egg, coating thoroughly, and then in bread crumbs. Press lightly to ensure an even coating. Refrigerate 15 minutes to allow breading to set up. In the meantime, heat oil in a heavy skillet just large enough to allow for 2 inches of oil. When oil is hot, fry a few cheese sticks at a time to a golden brown. Drain on paper towels. Repeat until all cheese has been fried. Serve hot with marinara sauce on the side for dipping.

Fried Mozzarella Cheese

1 lb mozzarella cheese or string cheese
1/2 c flour
3 lg eggs
1 c bread crumbs
1/2 ts garlic powder
1/2 ts oregano
1/2 ts cumin, ground
1 pn salt and pepper
8 oz marinara sauce, chilled
1 vegetable oil

Cut the mozzarella into sticks a bit more than about 1/4 inch thick and about 1 1/2 inches long. Coat the sticks with flour, shaking off excess. Combine the bread crumbs and seasonings in a flat dish. Beat the eggs and place in a separate bowl.
Coat the sticks by dipping them in the egg and then in the bread
crumbs. The coating on the first stick should be fairly dry when you finish the last stick. Repeat with another dip in the egg and then in the bread crumbs.
Deep-fry the coated sticks in oil for about 3 to 4 minutes until the coating is cooked. Fry in batches, keeping the finished ones warm in the oven. Serve with chilled marinara sauce or salsa.

Cut (wipe dry) mozzarella sticks, lay apart on tray and freeze.

Still frozen, roll in seasoned flour (flour, salt, pepper, chili flakes), then dip into beaten egg and roll in dry breadcrumbs.

Drop in very hot oil, fry golden brown.

Two methods?

1. Cut strips of cheese. Roll in egg. Dip in tempura. salt lightly. Drop in hot oil.

2. Open box. Insert in oven.

I did not look up either of these, thye came from my experience.
