I like the radio and a fan on, but no night light.

Well I always have the tv and fan on. Before I got married I always had the tv on and the window cracked no matter the tempature (I liked the fresh air). My husband hates the room really cold, so I have a small fan on my side of the bed.

I like the tv on when I go to sleep at night. I usually watch something that doesn't require a lot of thinking such as cartoons. Otherwise my brain keeps me up all night thinking about the days events and if something actually interests me on the TV I won't go to sleep. I turn off the TV though after a couple minutes when I realize that I've fallen asleep. Other than that I like my room to be completely dark.

I like the radio or some sort of music playing lightly (Brian Eno is good). I HATE the fan blowing and not fond of the night light either.

Ceiling fan. I use it in summer AND winter. I enjoy the soft breeze while I am asleep. It makes me feel like I can somehow breathe better.
TV/Radio- No. They are annoying. I like silence while I sleep.
Light- No. I see light all day long. I like darkness while I sleep. It tells me it is time to sleep.

I like sleeping in the dark...you sleep better and there must be silence. I wouldn't mind having the radio on as long it's playing the quiet storm type of music (jazz, blues)

TV set with the sleep timer for 2 hrs; a ceiling fan; and a floor fan.

i really don't mind the light, but MUST have something with a fan running...for the white noise...can't stand leaving the radio or t.v. on, though...
