Wuts so bad bout caffeine? like, what are the negative affects?

well ive been up for like 36 hours and been drinkin energy drinks, which are pure caffeine basically, so i was just wondering. thanks everyone.

There is nothing "bad" about coffee. Unless you have stomach problems to begin with. And of course Caffeine is a stimulant..which could be argued as good or bad depending who you ask.
I suppose the answer would be..."everything in moderation"

I have been drinking caffeine in coffee for more than fifty years with no ill effects, must not be to bad.

It is addictive, can cause withdrawl effects if you are trying to get off of it, and causes sugar cravings for those who want to lose weight. Without it, you crave sugar less.

anything that can give you a natural high like that im not gonna take too much of it. its gotta be doing some harm.

It can help unbalanced blood sugar (hypoglycemia or diabetes) become symptomatic, or get worse.

you can get addicted to it. like how everyone is addictive to coffee thats because of the caffine in it.
