For many it is a rapid fire response to a situation going on around them and it is only after they stop and evaluate it do they realize it was even a sin. If it was deliberate then there is no justification.

SIN IS IMPERFECTION
Adam and Eve were created souls that did sin and pass it on.
Souls born after them inherit sin or imperfection to cause death.
The hope for all souls in a resurrection by the Lord and savior Jesus.
Imperfects souls can commit all kind of sin unless they overcome Gen.8:21 the fact that the imagination of the heart is evil from youth. Heb.9:27 It is appointed unto man ince to die and after this the judgement day. 1Cor.15:22-28.51-53 As in Adam all die even so in Christ shall all be made alive.
Rev.20:1-6 [ the heavenly body of first resurrected for the new heavens, is with Jesus already to see both great and small of the earthly body stand before them in judgement day and these are for the new earth 2Pet.3:13; Isa.65:17; 66:1,22;

Sometimes we don't stop to think - such a cursing at someone out of anger (venial sin). Not many people have the time in that situation to stop, consider the consequences, and then spout out the words.
Major (mortal) sins - such as killing someone - may sometimes (not always) take more thought, so the person would have time to try to justify their actions. And how they do...I do not know. Eveyone is different.

Christians do not set out to sin deliberately,
but sometimes the old nature takes over and the deed is done, and that is when we confess our sin and repent.

We don't have to justify it... we just do it. It comes from the natural sinfulness that is in everyone from birth. We are saved through Christ. If it were not for Jesus, we would be messed up. Jesus justifies us after we sin... He's cool like that.

A little Leaven, Leavens the Whole Lump.
Sin will take you Farther than you want to go.
Try to stay out of as Much Sin as you Can.
There are a lot of Sins, that we don't even know that we are Committing.

Sinning is human nature. Aggression is a part of the animal side, small children lie, adults cheat for that desire of another...
But, the christian religion forgives and those who do have a strong faith know that when the time comes small sins will be forgiven because their God knows they are human.

Thats just the thing, there is no justification for sin.
When a believer sins it feels strange to him and he repents.
When an unbeliever sins, they feel right @ home!

Sometimes, I give in to my own selfish wants and desires, even though I know they are wrong for me. It's this imperfect human thing. Although, as I grow in faith, through Christ Jesus, I get closer to the person I should be, I will not attain it until I meet Jesus face to face (either in Heaven or when He returns).
