Coca-Cola is poison in my opinion. Way worse than a cup of black coffee.

a 12 oz. can of coca cola has 45.6 mgs. of caffeine, a 7 oz. espresso has 100 mgs. of caffeine. caffeine stimulates the
heart and respiratory systems. too much of everything is harmful. caffeine overdose may give you the following:
1. restlessness
2. nervousness
3. excitement
4. insomnia
5. flushed face
6. diuresis
7. gastrointestinal disturbance
8. muscle twitching
9. rambling flow of thought and speech
10. tachycardia or cardiac arrhythmia
11. periods of inexhaustibility
12. psychomotor agitation
a 12 oz can of coca cola contains 39 g. of sugar. that's really a whole lot of sugar. a teaspoon of sugar can already take your health out of balance.
now i think you can decide which is which.

I've never heard of black coffee disintegrating nails [hardware type nails, not fingernails] so I guess that's a point. I don't drink either anymore, but that's just a personal choice - I love my cola and my coffee.

YES! Black coffee is MUCH better for you. Coke has too many carbs, sugars, and calories. Coffee probably has SO MUCH LESS, and its basically PACKED full of fiber. Fiber is very beneficial. In fact Fiber has been proven to lower your risks for Cardio Vascular diseases. SO DRINK LOTS OF COFFEE. Its good for you!

Yes, sugar plus acid destroys your teeth. Both are bad for your digestive system if you have a sensitive one, though.
