The most southern PA/NY border is at Port Jervis NY.
According to the map program I used, the drive from Savannah, Georgia is 852.3 miles and should take 13 hours 48 minutes.
Any other PA/NY border will increase the mileage and travel time.
You can get the exact routing on the web site below.
Happy travels.

IT"S SAVANNAH
S A V A N N A H...it's approx, 800 miles trip is 17-18 hours. depending on where you coming from. from middletown NY, it's 18-19 hours , never travel through PA that state is evil ,
your better sucking it up and taking the toll roads through Jersey..
budget about 30$ for misc tolls .
any time other then rush hours you can drive straight Thur DC, it's faster going through the city if you hit it late or extremely early..
DC rush hour starts at 5 am so plan on trying to hit it at night.
we normally schedule it so we get there around 11pm or 1am, cut right through the mall.
when you get to Savannah, you will be required to take a tour of the city . i highly recomemd Cobblestone tours , take the Haunted Pub crawl unless you have kids then opt for the ghost walk..
also you must visit Macdoughas pub on Drayton,
and wet willies on the river. wet willies is cash only have id ready and ther is a reason why they call it a "call a cab.. "
best wings in town are the warehouse on river street and cafe loco on tybee island...
this from a native NYer, who spent 4 years at SCAD. andif you don't know what SCAD is you will after you leave the city...
oh and for the tourest Mrs Wilkes boarding house is a must try , it's open for brunch . on Jones st ,

The mileage doesn't matter so much as the time -- I once drove straight through leaving Midtown Manhattan NYC via the Lincoln Tunnel at noon and arriving at home to my bed in Savannah at 1 a.m. -- a total of 13 hours.
Savannah is a straight shot down I-95 from the Northeast. Once you get through Washington, D.C. it's mostly clear sailing through Virginia, N.C. and then S.C.
