I remember a few years ago there was a real hubbub online about using apple cider vinegar as toner. It really only seems to work for the first few weeks, then the effects taper off. Other oddities are pure jojoba oil, slathered all over your face. It's supposed to do wonders, but I found it too oily, like there was a layer of grease that never sunk into the skin, it just sat there. You might want to look for some reviews at Makeup Alley.

As for the oily ears...Q-tip?

You should try meditation relaxation methods to help get rid of the acne and scars. It bothered me until the day I said "heck with it" and stopped worrying about it. Then it all cleared up in 2 days.

As for the oily ears, it is either heridtary or it is because of your anxiety over the acne.
