Innocent Children

Everywhere, everyday there are children
who disguise there bruises or the shame of a dirty secret
In another neigborhood, a child ducks another blow
In a house across town another child becomes someone''s secret
Someone always sees the pains in a child''s eyes,
They always wonder, they always suspect, but never done to ask
So many abuses are protected by the people
Who are suppose to protect our children.
So many children lose their innocent, lose their childhood,
By molesters of abuse, the people who should be loving them,
Not hurting them, not using them for their pleasure.
In a little grassy area, surrounded by flowers
Another stone stands, written o the stone, another victims name.
We must join together to be these children''s
Guardian angel''s and protect them.

My interpretation is that you are a phony, a stalker and an overall piece of garbage. Can I get 10 points?

It's telling you that children are victims and have no rights. We need to stand up for them and against the abusers. In this nation, we turn our backs on the children and say "We need to keep families together." That is not the truth, it is a cop-out. You said it best when you said, "Written on the stone, another victim's name." We need to carve these names in stone and take it to the legislature, and the local Childrens' Protective Services units and refuse to allow this to continue. Money talks, so does publicity (negative). How long would our state director of human services have their job if the news focused on the names carved in stone? By the way, to me, there are names carved in stone for the death of a childhood, sometimes as early as one or two. You can see it in their eyes and they are not ever going to be the person they were meant to be. We all need to be guardian angels and refuse to let our voices be silenced.

This poem is about child abuse and incest and the neglect of the community or the people to report such cases, ignoring the issues and not caring at all. The last four lines suggests death to the abused and how we must be aware and be on guard to this prevailing problem. We really should start caring!

It sounds to me as though there's a darkness, some melancholy and ensuing anger that has exchange into the norm in this persons life. even whilst the bright gentle comes she pushes the life preserver of wish away in anger, and is constructive that she can't be plagued via all of this. Her inventive and prescient is blurred via the murky/turbid airborne dirt and mud of delight that seems to weigh her down. yet interior the tip no rely how far she is going down via the load , there is that "sunken treasure" of wish that reaches out and all could be salvaged.

I like the poem, but what has that to do with Immigration? I use to work as a canceler for abused women and children.

It's all about how we're too busy going through formalities and politics and stuff to get down to the issues and helping those in need-especially these children who are dealt a very bad hand in life.
