I meanst Sout Korean girls in North America. They usally don't dress in a way that accentuates their breast

Yes...they do exist. Three of my very best friends were constantly accused of having a boob job and they were all natural. One in particular-- how shall I put this...you couldn't look at her without noticing her breasts, it was simply impossible NOT to notice her chest...they were so "out there".
But on the whole, you're right, Korean girls tend to be smaller. But I've noticed over the years, more and more are either getting breast implants, or they're simply getting bigger.

I sure have. Back in 1976, I was in Korea with the US Forces. There are many with clevage from all over the country.

It's because they don't drink milk
milk has the hormones in it that they feed the cow to get big and so girls get big if they drink it too.
I guess milk does do a body good

Yes, but rarely, because asian are either really skinny and they have little breasts or they don't like to be showy with their body. Although there are many exceptions these days :).

oh yeah i have, i was in nk and got hassled by some really cute female guard, i had to give her a pack of marlborls before she let me go, but even with the uniform i could see down her chest, and it was very nice.

Hard to tell in those Mao suits. I think starvation doesn't encourage enormous hooters, though. Silcone works on Asians, too, though.
