perfect weight i am almost 13 and i am very involed with sports and swimming how come i look skinny in clothes but i have such a gut i weigh 95.5 pounds plz help i excrise more but it doesnt work my friends say its my body type but its not i know its not plzzz help me ps part of my question

Different body types store fat in different ways. The gynoid fat pattern, usually thought of as female fat...is confined to big hips and thighs. The android fat pattern, also referred to as male pattern fat, is in the abdomen. Many studies have shown that the android fat pattern has higher health risks, such as cardiovascular problems...like heart Attacks etc. The healthier fat pattern is the gynoid pattern. It is thought the reason many women have this type of fat is because the natural process preparing the body for pregnancy and child birth. It is to support the child and widening of the hips. Some men have the female pattern and some women have the male pattern. It is usually genetic.
However, you are still growing and maturing, so you may still change form. Your body will go through many changing states. Be healthy and take pride in you!

Well at least you arent fat.
Im average. I look fat in some stuff.
I weight about 120 and im 5 2.
I would like skinny legs and my arms make me look bulky sometimes.
I think you are just developing at a later age than others. And you play sports, that is pretty much your excercise. So I think you might be that way. If you want to get rid of that gut. do sit-up or crucnched. It will tighten up your stomach.

If your only 95.5 pounds I wouldnt worry.It usually has something to do with puberty,in a few years you'll thin out....but please ask yourself if theres really a gut there or if maybe your worrying too much,please keep a healthy outlook on your body. And your friends may be right,body types vary and it may change in a couple years,mine did. Just eat right,stay active and you'll be fine :)

Stop wprrying about your weight and eat what is good for you in moderation. You did not say ow old you are, or I missed it.. The think to do is not overdo it. You can do situps if you want, but remember, it took time to get a gut and it will take time to lose a gut.

You are not finished growing. Your body shape will change and develop. Stop being negative about your body. It is the only body you will ever have and you need to like it and take care of it.
