I looked it up in the WW - Complete Food Companion, it indicates that this is NOT a core food.

Weetabix
Alpen - no sugar, no salt added muesli-style cereal,
2/3 cup = 3pts
Alpen original muesli-style cereal, 2/3 cup = 3 pts
Organic weetabix, 2 biscuits = 2 pts

I was very suprised by what cereals are included as a core food items. Puffed wheat, puffed rice and shredded wheat, WW also includes GM Fiber One, Kashi 7 Whole Grain Puffs, and Kellog's All-Bran w/Extra Fiber as core foods.

WW also says in their 'Getting Started' Week 1 information that, "Puffed wheat, puffed rice, shredded wheat, and 100% bran cereals that do not contain added sugar are limited to one meal a day and must be eaten with fat-free milk or fat-free plain yogurt."

Hope this helps.

I don"t think so on the weight watchers core food. You may want to check with an offical group leader to be sure though. Ceck out the offical weight watchers site to find the nearest site to your resiencey.
