Pregnancy requires sperm to contact an egg within the girl's reproductive system.
There is a case report of a girl who swallowed semen, was stabbed in the abdomen and the semen left her stomach and made it down to the ovaries and she got pregnant. But under normal circumstances, no.
You need some education.
