There are several sites that can provide ideas and favors for fairytale themed weddings. Check these below. They have things like glass slipper card holders, gold wedding coach candles - even "glass" (okay, vinyl) shoes for the bride.
Some other ideas - who says your invitations have to be flat? Postage is a little more, but try mailing out scrolls sealed with wax. A horse drawn carriage is a great idea. If you're having an outside wedding, the bride can arrive in the carriage. After the wedding, the bride, groom and possibly best man and maid of honor can take the carriage to the reception.
Play music from some of the Disney movies - "When You Wish Upon A Star", "Beauty and the Beast", etc. You can even act out the prince finding his princess when she fits into the glass slipper at the beginning of the reception. If you can afford a multilayered cake that is decorated to look like a castle, great. if not, white or ivory with delicate flowers is also good.
Also, check out The Knot's website. They have a lot of great planning info, regardless of the theme.

I thought about that for a while too, because my future last name is King (fits right in, right?). So, I picked out invites with a castle, I have a castle wedding topper, I also saw invites with a Cinderella carriage, I found a wedding site that was an actual castle, a cake server set with crowns on the tips of the handle. I left my books at the job, but I can give you the names of the bridal books I found all of this stuff in on Monday. Plus, theknot.com is VERY helpful, as well as americanwedding.com. Hope this helps some. Congrats & Good Luck!!

OHHHHHHH how sweet!!! When is your wedding? And what fairy tale are you referring to? If you're gonna have a theme like that, it would be better to have it outside and in good weather obviously. The most prettiest wedding theme I have saw was in the movies, in Tyler Perry's Madea's Family Reunion. The theme was paris in spring time. and it was to DIE for! There was a lot of chiffon hanging, and there was real women dressed as angels suspended in the air, it was just extravagant! But I don't know your true vision of what you want, but I would get with a wedding planner if you're planning a big wedding and see if they can help you with your vision.

You can also find an Officiant that will write you a 'fairy tale' ceremony.
You can find all kinds of reception decorations that are sparkly & glittery now that the holidays will soon be upon us. You should be able to get them much cheaper than if you actually go looking for 'wedding' decorations. The mere mention of wedding will skyrocket the price.

I am having a Cinderella Wedding with a horse and carriage. I am having my wedding ceremony in a church and my reception at a Grand Ball Room. Used to be a dance hall back in the day. Wood Floors, totally redone, Chandeliers. So awesome. Having beautiful Dress with huge train. Having music from the movie played while I walk down the isle. And I will dance to "So This is Love". I want to keep it fun. You have a lot to choose from. Watch the movies and jot down ideas you would like to do. Have fun with it. Congrats on your Happily Ever After!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was in a wedding that was a fairy tale theme. (geeze..must have cost over 200g's) but everyone had pearly silver wings tied to the back of their chair and these big beautiful angel center pieces that were holding red & white roses. The tips were dipped in silver. Iknow...cool, right?? In my opinion, Cinderella is too kiddie like. But hey, it might be cute.

Congratulations! What a great idea! How about a Renaissance wedding? If there are any Resaissance faires around you, you could check into having your wedding there.

That is the cutest thing ever! Congratulations! How about getting place cards for the dinner table with a sort of disney princess theme? That would be so cute! Lots of glitter scattered on tables & stuff? I can't think of anything really good but your idea is fantastic!

Here is a website for a cinderella coach candle for wedding favors. I really like this idea for my own wedding.
