Thats all...thats the end of that..once deleted can't be recovered.
I suggest, in future you transfer all pictures to the computer and whatever not required can be deleted. In case you need to take one of the deleted phots, you can always go to recycle bin and try for it.

Yes it is possible.
Stop taking any more pictures or deleting them as that can make the problem worse. Next, try using photo recovery software on your memory card.

I doubt you can recover it once its deleted. It isn't like a computer whereas the Computer will send it to the recycle bin and you're capable of restoring it. )-:

nope. so sorry to be bearer of bad news. once you delete it that is it unless you have previously saved it to computer or disc.
