Technically, dysphagia covers the entire process of chewing and swalling the food. However, it is not in common usage to describe problems with chewing because the swallowing component is much more directly linked to disease. Also, when the problem is chewing, not swallowing, the problem tends to be far more specific and localized. So the terms used, reflect that. For example, myasthenia, in the case of muscles causing the problem. If there is a term specific to chewing, it's not in common usage.
