I've used a bail bond company to bail my daughter out of jail but I don't think she is going to show up for her hearing, can I revoke the bond so I don't get stuck with paying the full bond.

I don’t know for sure and it may vary by state and even by Bond Company, but I watch Dog the Bounty Hunter and he has parents and co-signers do that all the time. The fact that he is the bounty hunter as well as the bail bondsman may have a little to do with that though because he doesn’t have to hire someone to go out, catch them, and take them back to jail.
Did you not get a copy of the agreement you signed with the stipulations and what not?

the bail bond company pays the full amount if he does not show up, you just paid a small fee. The bailbond company can revoke the bond.

Also if you want to turn your daughter in if she does not show up for court, they will have a warrant for her within a couple of days of not showing up. Call the DA's office and tell them your situation.

maximum states have some particularly stiff guidlines with regards to revoking a bond.. if a individual provides fake innovations to a bondsman then they are able to revoke the bond yet their reason might desire to stand the try.. If a bondsman feels that a customer needs psychological help or is a threat to themself or others then it incredibly is their accountability to record it.. as quickly as a bond is published and the bondee does all issues required via the regulation.. then if the bond is revoked.. the cost might desire to be returned.. you will record a criticism with the state fee or employer that over sees the bonding businesses.. they might desire to have the flexibility to help..

Yes if you signed the bond for her, you contact the bail bond agency and inform them that you suspect she is going to skip and wish to revoke the bond.

You of course will not get thier fee back.

If you revoke the bond, your daughter would have to set in jail until her hearing. If you want to revoke the bail, you need to talk to the bailbond company you talked to and have her picked up. If she has already fled, "tough luck".
