Please, give us more information so at least we have some idea how or why you have this problem. Otherwise it could be many things and some are dangerous and others not!

If there was no trauma, you might try a warm compress, as your tear duct could be blocked. If you think it's an allergic reaction take Benadryl and Pepcid. It sounds more like an infected tooth which can be extremely dangerous. You really should go the emergency room or see an emergency dentist. An infected tooth can lead to sepsis, which can cause death if left untreated.

try some benadryl and a bag of frozen peas on the side thats swollen. maybe you got stung by something. the benadryl will help with the swelling, does your mouth hurt? if the benadryl deoesn't work, try advil about 2 hours after taking the benadryl. if that all fails, get to a doctor.

ICE it to get the swelling down and take advil every 4-6 hours that will help the swelling

Just be careful.. i had the same thing a few years ago and it was from my tooth that was infected. Th infection went from my tooth , sinuses and then eyes. If I waited it would have went to the brain quickly causing brain damage.

If allergies then take some over the counter allergy medicine, if it is from an injury you need to ice it and see a physician. God bless and Good luck.

Apply some ice. If you were bitten try taking bendryl it works for me to help the swelling go down.

thats a "that depends." Itching? Benadryl may help. If hot and swollen, with any discharge, or tender to touch, go to the er.

If your face is swollen due to trauma, go to the police, as victim's services will pay for medical. If it is not due to trauma, you need to come up with the money to seek medical care.

you put an ice pack on the swelling to bring it down, and then heat later to make it feel better, if you got this from being hit its no big deal, if something else, then maybe you should see someone.
