Have you tried looking in Kittenlist? I just searched on Exotic Shorthair & there are loads of adverts ... not sure how close they are to Cardiff though, sorry.
However, you can also search for kittens on Kittenlist by clicking on a map - this brings up all adverts for kittens in a particular area ... so there might be one quite near.

Go to a rugby club, put ur head on the pitch and stay there for a while. then the grass cutter will come along. then instant exotic shorthair

if that is for pets then go to petco (aronud the mall) petsmart(sheville) and petland (by toys r us in merville)byee
