When you lose weight, you lose all over. You can't "spot reduce". You can, however, do strength training to help build the muscle underneath the fat. So do a combination of cardio and strength training, increase your fruits and vegetables and reduce any sugar/junk foods you are eating, and you should notice a difference in a month or so.

Any type of cardio will burn excess calories=fat....the more fat you burned the more defined your muscles will become. There is no way to "spot" slim. Although you can use weight to strengthen specific muscle groups. Good luck.
