I am 50 and I do prefer younger women. I look for personality, sense of humour and looks - in that order. They do not need to be too educated, but I do prefer someone who can hold a conversation with at least a little knowledge and authority.
Above all, a girl needs to NEED me to make me feel manly!
She also has to be my friend rather than just a lover, and someone who will listen and not judge me by my problems, as indeed I do for her.

Hello. I am in my early 30s and know my fair share about the opposite sex. First of all, most guys aren't looking for a girl-friend. They are looking for a friend that just so happens to be a girl. The girl-friend thing usually happens after a guy gets to know you. So, just be yourself and let it happen. You'll find the right guy and it'll happen when you least expect it.

Generally, a silly sense of humour, cute, preferably petite, happy and fun, doesn't take herself too seriously, someone I can hug and look after. :)
As long as she's not neurotic, self obsessed or boring and doesn't have any issues or emotional baggage then it's alright. I can't be doing with any of these things and will dump any woman who has them without a second thought.
