sure they are. they have more nicotine and other chemicals.

Yes. But that's like asking, would you rather have cancer of the lungs, or the throat? Tobacco use in any form whatsoever is very bad for you. I smoked for years, and quitting was one of the very best things I ever did.

All cigarettes are bad they still contain tar and are still bad for your health.
