Sorry if this sounds really obvious, but if you hand outside the Swedish Embassy (without trying too much like a nutter or a stalker) you will sooner or later meet someone who happens to meet your description.

Look through the phonebook. London is truly a big place, but you should find a few swedish girls. Travel more through the big city if your desperate for looking for a swedish girl. Also, they probably speak swedish, so start getting into the book; look swedish!
