The sugar is in the oranges, so it's pretty tough to get orange juice without the sugar.
Tropicana makes a light orange juice with 1/2 the calories and 1/2 the sugar. So, instead of drinking a regular glass of orange juice with about 22g sugar, the light contains 10g sugar per serving.
The source link shows you the nutritional info for the light orange juice.

I've tried to find a diabetic orange juice for my husband, but I haven't located one. I think the problem is that oranges naturally contain a lot of sugar, which means that there's no way to substitute artificial sweeter.
Even unsweetened orange juice has something like 15 grams of sugar per serving, if memory serves me. And that's a lot for a diabetic to take in at one setting.
I'll be watching this question to see what others have to say.

Well any juice is going to have natural sugars, but Florida's Natural Orange Juice, White Rose Unsweetened Orange Juice, and Tropicana Pure Tropics Orange don't have any added sugars.

Sugar-free Orange Juice. You have to go to a health food store.
Or you can get a juicer and squeeze your own oranges to make the juice

hmm not sure of any sugar free orange juice, seeing that most orange juices are so not sugar free and at times used to raise your sugar level, my bf is diabetic and he likes crystal light's classic orange, it tastes as close to real orange juice as your gonna get, no so much as tang or any other "orange drink"

Minute Maid adds no sugar, read the label. But oranges have natural sugar, it's never going to be sugar free.
