people get upset for me and call me a fanatic-yet I love Jesus heart and soul-im born Jewish and he saved me and is my best friend-whats wrong with being excited about Jesus and I love life its a great adventure singing and the happiest sport too-while i enjoy sports my team lost and my love held my hand and comforted me-but i dont know if we are going to get married-but we dont do no married stuff-cause we honor Jesus-thanks alot. have a nice weekend too.

Dear, I don't believe that Jesus is the reason people are upset with you! I do believe that it has more to do with the way you speak to them.
Not all of us believe that your belief is the true way! Although I do believe that Jesus existed and God is his father I have my own belief! Besides, I realize how important this is to you but to some of us our belief is just as important! I'm afraid I'm not really Fanatical about much of anything except my family.
Also, the way people react to you could have a bit to do with the fact that we can hardly understand what your saying!
I'm not being cruel, but your writing skills leave a bit to be desired!

The problem is that Christians try to insist that we all have to love Jesus too. I don't even believe in god, yet Christians constantly tell me that I am going to hell and try to legislate their beliefs into my life. Sports fanatics don't come to my house and tell me I am going to be tortured forever if I don't go to the superbowl; radio stations don't tell me to listen to them or go to concerts or else. If Christians would just mind their own business and stay out of the lives of others (including politics designed to force Christian beliefs on others), people would get a lot less upset.

There's nothing wrong with being excited about your relationship with Jesus. Just like anything else, being excited in mixed company causes mixed feelings towards you. Not everyone will share your passion.
As to why people don't get pumped about Jesus... well, some do and you might go looking for them in charismatic churches.

I can believe a football team exists, because I can go and watch them play. I can listen to music. there is evidence that these thing "are".
I'm not so good at blind faith and ignorance. However, if it helps you cope with life, then enjoy it. Some of us can handle things ourselves.
