If you're a child you should know that verbally abusing your children isn't against the law. Society frowns on it because the child will grow up with low self esteem, and not enough drive to succeed. You might try talking to your parent and telling them that it makes you feel bad to have them saying that to you. If this doesn't work, and it is affecting your schoolwork, talk to the Guidance Counsellor at school.

If you're an adult, and you're being verbally abused in your marriage, then either seek couselling or get out.

If you're being verbally abused by your boss, keep track of all incidents of abuse. Write everything that was said down, and date it. If there were witnesses to the abuse, get them to write out an account themselves and sign and date it. You will need this proof if the matter ever gets taken up with his boss, or the Labour Board. Whatever you decide to do, you're an adult and you make the decisions.

Seek out some free counseling from your local Women's Crisis center in your area. It's confidential and you will learn how to deal with being abused. There's a concept called the "Battered Women's Syndrome" that you need to learn about.

I'm sorry...
with out details it's hard to give advice.
If you are a child it will be especially difficult.
If you can talk to your parent then do, when everyone is calm.
Or perhaps another adult relative....
If you are an adult, depending on other circumstances... get help...counseling, etc...where you go depends on relationship... boyfriend, or girlfriend, boss, etc etc...
take care of you.

good luck.
♥♥

you can learn how to stand up for yourself and not let this continue by going for counselling. can't give you much information........not much was given to respond to. but when you know better you do better, when you know better you think better, when you know better you act better, when you know better you respond better. when you know better you love better. not just to other people.........but to yourself as well
