So I went to the doctor yesturday for my nasuea and he gave me a prescription for Promethazine Gel. I got these ten syringes with this yellowish gel stuff. Well it just says to empty one syringe on the inside of your wrist and rub together with your other wrist every 4 to 6 hours. So my question is, how long do I rub my wrists together? Do I rub until I can't feel it or do I just semi rub it in or what?
..and when I try to rub it in real good it's still sticky on my wrists is it okay to wash that off?

leave the residue if you can, it will continue to absorb medication. Rub for a minute or so. If your symptoms dont respond, rub longer next time.
